Score · Grow with AI
Find the marketing work that is ready for better operating design.
A structured audit for marketing managers and senior leaders who need to decide where AI and workflow changes deserve attention first.
Who it is for
Marketing manager, senior manager, head of marketing, director, VP, or CMO.
The problem it solves: marketing teams are asked where AI will help, but the honest answer depends on workflow, measurement, and governance issues nobody has written down. The audit makes those visible and limits the first move to three priorities you can own.
Expected inputs
- Your role, sector, team size, and planning horizon
- Top objective and its success metric
- Highest-friction workflow and rework signals
- How far you trust current measurement
- Approved AI tools, current use, and review path
- Your main constraint
Use aggregated, non-personal information. Record unknowns as assumptions.
What you receive
A diagnosis you can use in the next planning conversation.
- Structured intake across objectives, workflows, measurement, AI use, governance, and constraints.
- Scorecard with evidence notes and editable assumptions.
- Priority matrix limited to three first priorities.
- Thirty-day action plan with owners and proof points.
- Private report workspace with PDF download and sharing after your approval.
What it is not
It is not a done-for-you agency audit, compliance certification, ROI guarantee, or replacement for management judgement.
Fictional audit
An eight-person team across Malaysia and Singapore.
Fictional regional consumer services marketer. It demonstrates the method only. It is not a customer result or benchmark.
| Area | Score | Evidence | Review note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Objectives | 3 | Partly evidenced | Quarterly objective is clear, but channel measures vary. |
| Workflow clarity | 2 | Evidenced | Agency handoffs create rework. |
| Measurement trust | 1 | Partly evidenced | Definitions are reconciled manually each week. |
| AI readiness | 2 | Assumed | Policy approval is undocumented. |
| Governance | 1 | Assumed | No written approval path exists. |
| Execution capacity | 2 | Evidenced | A bounded test is possible if reporting work is reduced. |
First priorities: define one weekly campaign reporting schema and owner, test AI-assisted variance commentary on approved non-personal data, and document the review path before expanding use.
Assumptions and limitations
Every score cites the rubric and your evidence.
AI scores each area against the published rubric and names the rung and the evidence it relied on. Scores reflect what you enter. Assumed answers stay labelled as assumed until you validate them. If an AI score differs from the rubric's rule score by more than one point, the area is flagged for your review. Each score stays fixed until you change that area's answers.
AI scoring uses your included credits. Without credits, you still see the rubric's rule score, marked provisional. The audit does not inspect your systems, campaigns, or agency contracts.
Outputs are informational drafts. A competent person must review the scorecard and priorities before acting on them or sharing them. See Responsible AI and Use of Outputs in the Terms.
