The workspace checks the columns, both periods, and the reporting currency before it calculates anything.
Scan · Work with AI
Upload two months of campaign or channel figures. The workspace calculates the changes, drafts the report, and holds it as review required until you check it.
Who it is for
Marketing performance reporting owners who combine exports, draft commentary, and check figures every month.
The problem it solves: an AI chat can shorten writing time but it can also invent a total or a claim the data does not support. This kit calculates figures from your file first, then drafts around them, so every number in the report comes from a row you supplied.
A CSV with two monthly periods and these exact columns:
market, period, campaign, reporting_currency, spend, leads, qualified_leads, conversions, revenue, source_note
Use aggregated figures only. The kit includes a blank template and a fictional six-row file to practise with.
What you receive
Figures are calculated in your browser from your CSV using fixed rules. The same file always produces the same figures. Your data is not sent to an external AI model by this workspace.
Worked example
Fictional dataset across two markets and two months. It illustrates the report shape only. It is not a customer result or a time-saving claim.
The workspace checks the columns, both periods, and the reporting currency before it calculates anything.
Spend, leads, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue are totalled for each period with matched-period changes.
The draft states each change, notes missing comparisons, and lists questions for the report owner.
You check each figure against the source rows, edit the text, and approve it before a PDF can be shared.
Assumptions and limitations
The kit does not connect to ad platforms, CRMs, or BI tools. It does not publish reports automatically or guarantee time savings. It works with the input template only. The PDF supports Latin-script text.
Outputs are informational drafts. A competent person must review every figure before a report is shared or relied on. See Responsible AI and Use of Outputs in the Terms.
Do not upload personal data or confidential client records. Use aggregated figures.
